Ella: “Mommy, what do you Really want for Christmas.”
Me: “More alone time.”
Ella: “Mommy, I will get you a alone time party for all of us.”
Me: Sigh
Ella: “Mommy, what do you Really want for Christmas.”
Me: “More alone time.”
Ella: “Mommy, I will get you a alone time party for all of us.”
Me: Sigh
Ollie: Mommy, I want my spider man. My big spider man.
Me: Hmmmm, where is it? (me racking my brain, trying to remember if we have some sort of spider man toy)
Ollie: I dunno, maybe its at Targrit. Come on, lets go to Targrit.
Update: 10 minutes after this conversation, the meltdown began. Of course I didn’t run off to Target to get a Spider Man toy. The tears, the horror! Put him to bed and he was snoozing in 5 minutes.
Overheard on PBS. What do you want to be when you grow up? A doctor, a teacher?
Ella talking to the tv: No, I want to be a princess and a ballerina.
Thats how long Ella was crying for. She didn’t eat her dinner so no treats. No treats means lots of crying. And then I told her no bath and that made for louder crying. And then to stick it to me, she said she didn’t want a new patio in the backyard.
As I was making my list, Ella and Ollie added to it. Ollie only added the bacon, the rest of the list is from Ella.
bacon
pancakes
cheese
new napkins
new big pants for daddy and mommy
new red robot
new twinkle little star nightgown for ella
me: “Ella do you want some grapes.”
Ella: (laughing as if im kidding and out of my mind) “Mommy, ballerinas don’t eat.”
They learn so early now a days.
And she did eat some grapes.
First words this morning.
Ella: (crying) “I want my own tv.”
Me: Irritated look on face
Ella: (still crying) “I want my own Cinderella tv.”
Me: Irritated.
Ella upon waking up at 8:50am
“Mommy, I wanna ride the ponies.”
2 minutes later
“Mommy, I think I want to ride the train, the roller coaster and the ponies.”
Me: puzzled look, nodding ok.
First thing Ella says to me when she wakes up:
“Mommy can I have a pink carebear.”
We as adults are jolted out of bed because of money worries, the 110 degree burning my garden up so I better hurry up and water it, websites that need to be complete and launched now, ect…My sweet innocent daughter is jolted out of bed because of the need of a pink carebear. I love that!
Ella: I was thinking of going to the store.
Me: Me too
Ella: The store has copcorn, icecream, more icecream, and more copcorn
Thats right copcorn.
