Im googling info on property line disputes because we are having one with our neighbor. And well of course we are right. I have proof. I went to the city offices and I have copies and paperwork ect….But while I was googling, I came across this article.

I had a similar issue with a neighbor. I found a book called Neighbor Law on Amazon that was very helpful. Turns out I had the property lines wrong and chopped down a tree of hers (of which was one of many in an area of overgrown woods).

Thanks for the book tip Labor Nurse. I am in the stressful process of rounding up some lawyers and surveyors and hopefully not blowing our savings on all this.
