**Truckee Pics**

Fantastic. I wish I had pictures to show you, but my husband has them in his iphoto and I am not technical enough to know how to put them in my flickr. So I will make him put them in his real soon so you can see the wonderfulness of Truckee. The Bottom Dwellers played 2 nights in Truckee so Shannon suggested we all rent a house and hang out. The house was amazing. It was a track home development but in the snow and they were all logish cabins. It was really cool. We ate and drank and hot tubbed and watched the kids play and sent Ella to her room for more than enough time outs. The BD wives could not see any of the shows, but that was okay. Once they left we got the kids in bed, a big struggle for me, but finally they did get in bed and us girls poured some wine and sat in the hottub with tons of snow all around us. And at one point, it lightly snowed. So lovely. I had a really mellow relaxing time. Much needed. And much needed for the kids to get out of this house. For those of you who are not familar with the Bottom Dwellers, well get familar!

So after letting you all know my financial stress I will soon have pics for you. It is just about done. Actually it is livable. We have the final inspection tomorrow, which we know will not pass but we decided to have one done so we can get their list of stuff they still want to see done or re-do. The kitchen cabinets are just about up, we just need to fork over more $$$ for the countertops. On a better financial note, the good news is that our house is now worth just about a half million, wowee zowee!

Will work for food.

We just found out our new mortgage payment yesterday and today the reality is setting in and I think I want to puke! Seriously. When I think about it I really want to barf! So taking on a take charge can do attitude, I loaded up the kids and headed to Target to get a application. Im thinking a restocking job in the wee mornings before Mark heads out to work. No more paper applications, but a kiosk at the front of the store. Should I take a chance with the kids, sure, why not. Big mistake, within 30 seconds both were crying and screaming. Talk about a low point! Both kids crying as I shuffle them out of the store. Everyone was starring, gah! It was awful. I felt like a huge loser. When we close on our new loan, we will get a fairly large amount of money back that will be used to pad that extra extra extra payment so I am not to worried, but it still kind of makes me bite my nails.
